Responsibilities:

· Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

· Developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines and market maps.

· Knowledge of industry-specific job boards and professional networks.

· Partnering with the marketing and communications teams, as needed to build strong strategies for candidate engagement.

· Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.

· Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates and present them to hiring managers.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Providing regular updates on recruitment status, market trends, and the market landscape.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist or similar role. A minimum of 3 years of successful Sourcing experience.

· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.

· The ability to cultivate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

· Knowledge of, and experience with, leveraging job boards, social media platforms, sourcing tools or resume databases, and other creative sourcing strategies.

· Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines and be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.

· Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.

· Comfortable with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
