Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze 20-50 monthly leads from lead sourcing platform

● Research and retrieve technical drawings from council websites

● Confirm size and scope of proposed basement projects

● Verify project details through detailed drawing analysis

● Log findings into internal customer relationship management (CRM) system

● Participate in daily team video calls and collaborative meetings

● Develop and refine internal lead qualification processes

● Demonstrate potential for future team leadership and process optimization

● Potential future expansion into LinkedIn outreach and prospect communication Leadership

Qualifications:

● Minimum 5-7 years experience in construction industry

● Glenigan experience

● Proven track record of process improvement

● Strong technical drawing interpretation skills

● Excellent English communication abilities

● Proficient in database research and analysis

● Ability to develop and document systematic work processes

● Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
