As a Data Analyst in an IT Business Analyst role, you will bridge the gap between IT and business, transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and develop data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data insights.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of new data systems and technologies.
  • Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on IT and business processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php70, Php120,000.00 per month
