This role focuses on growing the business through strategic planning, market analysis, and strong customer relationships. It involves identifying opportunities, managing the full sales process, resolving issues, and supporting sales reps to drive product growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop business plans and marketing strategies to drive growth in the local market
  • Identify new opportunities and create tactical plans to win business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs
  • Oversee end-to-end business activities including quotations, deliveries, and forecasting
  • Manage and support sales representatives to boost product growth

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science field
  • 2–3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or a related industry
  • Advantageous: background in materials sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment
  • Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle
  • Available to start immediately
