Job Summary:

Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration and airconditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure proper operation and cooling efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain airconditioning and refrigeration units.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
  • Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, and coils.
  • Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
  • Prepare service reports and communicate issues to supervisors or clients.

Qualifications:

  • TESDA NCII holder in Refrigeration and Airconditioning (preferred).
  • Experience in HVAC installation and repair is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite repairs or installations.
