We are hiring for a Service Leader - Laundry.

As an Service Leader - Laundry, we rely you to:

  • Have a knowledge of the operational system at Laundry
  • Build relationship with internal and external guests to delight and gain loyalty
  • Ensure quality standards and procedures pertaining to all Laundry Standards
  • Supervise the daily issue and repair of all uniforms and linen
  • Supervise and assist the Housekeeping Coordinator.
  • Report damages/misuse or loss of uniforms and linen to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Ensure the accuracy and proper filing of inventory records
  • Act on requests and needs of other departments promptly and efficiently

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proper bearing, good health, physically fit, neat & pleasant
  • Has at least 2 years experience in the same field preferably in the 5 Star Hotel
  • Has strong personality and with good interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented and has the aptitude to learn
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
  • Is able to work shifts and willing to work long hours
