Professional Capabilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a focus on generating leads for IT sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure – hardware, software, storage
- Competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of complex B2B sales/ buying process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential leads over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Familiarity with telesales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and other sales software to manage leads and track progress.
- Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential leads.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of outbound calls and manage follow-up activities.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets and quotas.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Strong objection handling and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and performance indicators to track and report on lead generation activities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications, such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
- Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during the lead generation process.
- Master in Phone Prospecting to arrange meetings with prospects/ customers

- You are responsible for identifying and generating meetings for TRT Business Development Managers (BDM) with prospective clients to present TRT service offerings.
Key Deliverables:
You are responsible to deliver the following:
- Compliance with TRT Policies and adherence to the prospecting call flow
- Prospecting Activity
On a weekly basis, You are required to achieve each of the following Key Performance Indicators:
- New Business Meetings
- Successful Calls
- Total Calls
- Goals are set depending on the region the you are assigned
- Internal Meetings
You are required to make all of these meetings to assist with developing of further business.
- Attend Weekly Sales Meetings (Monday)
- Attend Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with the DMATL to discuss new business opportunities
- Data Integrity – NetSuite
You are required to maintain full accuracy of the NetSuite records.
- 100% accuracy in all contact information
- Full accuracy of all scheduled prospecting and sales activity
