Position Title: Business Analyst (Market Research – Forex / Fintech)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PH Time

Our client is a leading global trading company operating in the Forex and Fintech industries. They are focused on innovation, data-driven strategy, and delivering exceptional trading experiences worldwide.
They're looking for a Business Analyst (Market Research) who can transform competitive data into actionable insights that support smarter business and product decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Strategy — ideal for someone who enjoys deep research, market intelligence, and translating analysis into impact.
As the Business Analyst (Market Research), you will research competitors in Forex, Trading, Crypto, and Fintech, document internal product features, and identify opportunities for optimization and differentiation.
You'll also play a key role in developing an AI-powered knowledge base that centralizes insights for smarter, faster business decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities as a Business Analyst (Market Research – Forex / Fintech):

• Conduct competitor research and analysis across onboarding, trading platforms, client portals, payments, and partner programs.

• Analyze and document internal product features, user journeys, and functionality.

• Map and visualize user flows to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions to enhance the client experience.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

• Track and monitor KPIs related to market positioning, funnel performance, and user experience.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, UX/UI, and Strategy teams to ensure insights are implemented effectively.

• Maintain an AI-powered knowledge base (Notion AI / Confluence AI / LLM tools) for centralizing research and documentation.

• Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in Forex and Fintech.

Qualifications as a Business Analyst (Market Research – Forex / Fintech):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or Strategy Analyst in Forex, Trading, Crypto, or Fintech.

• Proven experience in competitor analysis, market benchmarking, and product research.

• Strong understanding of client lifecycle journeys — acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and retention.

• Skilled in user-flow mapping, process documentation, and product analysis.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of conversion optimization and digital acquisition funnels.

• Experience using AI-based documentation tools (e.g., Notion AI, Confluence AI, chatbots, knowledge graphs).

• Familiarity with Agile tools and BI dashboards (Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau).

• Fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently.
