JOB OVERVIEW:

The IT Project Manager leads the implementation of online gaming platform technology for the companies' clients; including igaming applications, sportsbook, payment gateways, player account management systems (PAM), and integrations with third-party providers. This role manages full lifecycle projects—ranging from vendor onboarding to system launch—ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and seamless customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of IT project management, with 2+ years in online gaming or digital product delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of iGaming platforms and integrations (CMS, PAM, CRM, payment, content aggregators).
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in regulated environments.
  • Well versed in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, GDPR, and responsible gaming protocols.
  • Familiarity with APIs, digital wallets, geolocation services and similar digital functionality.
  • Preferred certifications - PMP, Prince2, or Certified ScrumMaster.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Able to balance client satisfaction with platform limitations and project constraints.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of online gaming platform implementations and system integrations projects.

  2. Manage client projects involving PAM systems, KYC/AML services, payment providers, data analytics, marketing tools, and affiliate platforms.

  3. Serve as the primary liaison between client business units, internal development teams, and external vendors.

  4. Develop detailed project documentation: scope, timeline, budget, resource plans, issues and risk logs.

  5. Ensure compliance with iGaming regulatory requirements of the clients.

  6. Oversee API integrations with third-party content providers (slots, live dealers, sportsbook feeds).

  7. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live preparation, handover and post-launch support.

  8. Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations and regularly report on project progress and blockers.
