Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for project electromechanical engineering construction preparation and on-site management, advancing construction progress, and ensuring quality and safety.

· Manage subcontractors' on-site construction activities to ensure strict compliance with project plans, standards, and contract requirements, and promptly resolve issues in sub-project construction.

· Review electrical sub-project drawings, construction plans, equipment, and materials, and oversee construction acceptance and commissioning.

· Conduct self-review and joint-review of power electrical drawings.

· Control project quality, on-site safety and cleanliness, construction progress, and costs, and assist in project completion acceptance and review of completion materials.

· Develop all power supply plans, coordinate and manage electrical design work with design institutes, and review and control drawing quality.

· Support construction and acceptance activities, address on-site design issues, confirm design change documents, and supervise contractors in completing completion documentation.

· Assist in project handover, including physical and documentation transfer, and provide training in relevant specialties.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Distribution, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

·
Fluency in Chinese, English, and Filipino languages

· Familiarity with power electrical engineering is preferred.

· Experience in large-scale industrial projects, with strong knowledge of power electrical construction techniques, processes, and related acceptance standards.

· Possess an Electrician Certificate or Registered Electrical Engineer (Power Distribution) qualification.

· Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and a proactive, positive attitude toward work.

· Willing to render overtime
