Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join the in-house content team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio in digital video production. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Capture professional-grade video content for internal and external projects
Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize video content
Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software
Maintain and organize the company's video archive and asset library
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and visual guidelines
Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and techniques
Operate and maintain video production equipment
Conduct interviews and shoot b-roll for corporate or event-based storytelling
Support live streaming of corporate and promotional events

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, and audio equipment
Creative eye and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or visual effects is a plus
Experience with live streaming equipment and platforms is an advantage
