Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join the in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing engaging and visually compelling video content across various formats and channels—including social media, streaming platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This role requires strong post-production expertise, a creative mindset, and a passion for storytelling that aligns with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality video content for multiple platforms, including social media, YouTube, and OTT streaming (e.g., Netflix)
Review raw footage, evaluate shot lists, and align editing with creative briefs and storyboards
Enhance footage using color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects
Implement effective storytelling techniques that align with brand tone and audience expectations
Collaborate closely with videographers, producers, and marketing teams to deliver polished final outputs
Source and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, and transitions
Maintain organized video asset libraries and manage editing timelines
Stay up to date with editing trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proven experience in post-production editing within a creative or commercial environment
Advanced proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Avid Media Composer
Strong eye for pacing, visual composition, and storytelling
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
