Virtual Assistant – Data Entry and Project Management
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing data entry workflows, maintaining accurate records in Upgrade to see actual info, and supporting various administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel proficiency, experience handling multiple projects, and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small, efficient team to support administrative and operational processes.

• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks in Excel and Upgrade to see actual info.

• Track task completion, update records, and manage project timelines in Upgrade to see actual info.

• Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external vendors to gather missing data and clarify details.

• Maintain clean, well-organized documentation to support workflow transparency and team accountability.

• Proactively identify issues or delays and escalate them when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of data entry experience

• Strong Excel proficiency

• Experience using Upgrade to see actual info (preferred)

• 2+ years of phone support or vendor-facing communication (preferred)

• 2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
