Job Description

As our Social Media & Design Specialist, you'll be instrumental in launching and establishing our distinctive brand voice across digital platforms. You'll work directly with our founder, who brings extensive experience in video production and comedy content creation, to develop and execute engaging social content that pushes creative boundaries. This role offers unique creative freedom to help shape a brand's identity from the ground up, combining eco-conscious messaging with edgy, humor-driven content. You'll be joining at an exciting pre-launch phase, with the opportunity to grow with the company as we scale.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage compelling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that aligns with our edgy, punk-rock aesthetic
  • Design eye-catching static posts and visual assets that maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  • Develop and execute mysterious pre-launch content strategy to build anticipation
  • Handle social media scheduling and post coordination across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the internal team on content strategy and creative direction
  • Assist with light video editing to support our comedy-based content approach
  • Transform raw creative concepts into polished, professional designs
  • Maintain brand voice and design consistency across all digital touchpoints

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in graphic design and social media management
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and design capabilities
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite preferred, though advanced Canva skills considered)
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop for custom design work
  • Natural affinity for edgy, punk-rock aesthetic and ability to translate it into professional designs
  • Experience with social media management tools and content scheduling
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining brand consistency
  • Flexible availability for team collaboration and weekly meetings
  • Passion for innovative, disruptive brands and environmental sustainability
  • Quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced startup environment
