As a Sales Representative at Metro Drug, Inc.', you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with trade accounts across Pampanga /Bataan/ Zambales areas. You will be responsible for effectively managing your assigned territory to maximise sales and strengthen customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for your assigned modern trade accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers within your accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
  • Actively monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Sales Manager on account performance and growth strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within FMCG or consumer healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
