This is a full-time role, office-based in Cebu Business Park, Monday to Friday 10:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Writer/Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting raw data from SAP files, organizing and manipulating the data, and creating clear, user-friendly, and effective reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong data management skills, proficiency extracting data from data bases and reporting tools, and the ability to communicate complex information in an accessible manner.

Responsibilities:

• Extract raw data from SAP files and other relevant sources.
• Organize, clean, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
• Create comprehensive, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand reports.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on report interpretation and usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Atleast 2 years being a data analyst, data analytics, report writer or relevant work experience. SAP experience is desirable but SQL experience is a must.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, macros and VLOOKUP and reporting tools like PowerBI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
• Experience in process improvement and automation of reporting tasks.
