Specific Job title/Position: SSOC Sourcing Analyst

Work Set up & Location: Fully ONSITE in Taguig

Work Schedule: Fixed Nightshift

Training: Must be WILLING TO UNDERGO 1 Month Training - Expect that you will be evaluated during your Training period. There's still a chance that the management can decide to end your training or employment if you didn't pass the training period.

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contracts management.
  • Experience in Technology Contracts
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and supplier management: Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
  • managing the following contract forms (MNDA, MSA, SOWs).
  • Project Management: Utilize project management practices and tools to create, manage, and report on project progress
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php38, Php68,000.00 per month
