This is an on-site full-time role for a Loan Processor located in Alabang. The Loan Processor will be responsible for preparing and processing loan documents, verifying loan applications, and ensuring all required loan documentation is complete and accurate. The Loan Processor will communicate with customers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan approval process, and will handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing stage.

Sign-on BONUS OF 25k when hired

Qualifications
  • Preferably college graduates, but undergrads are welcome to apply if they have proven experience in US Mortgage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Mortgage accounts in a BPO/outsourcing or related setting.
  • Preferably with prior Originations Processing experience (Purchase Processing and/or Refinance Processing)
  • Candidates with experience as Mortgage Associates, Processors, or Customer Service Representatives in any US mortgage area (Originations, Servicing, Default, etc.) are also encouraged to apply, especially those with strong phone/customer interaction experience
  • Must be willing to work onsite, Night Shift (Alabang Town Center)
