About the Role

As an Instructional Designer, you'll design, develop, and deliver impactful learning content for adult learners. You'll work with SMEs, integrate multimedia, and ensure every training program meets business needs and resonates with the audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Analysis
    – Identify knowledge gaps, audience profiles, and desired outcomes.
  • Curriculum Design
    – Create instructional design plans aligned with adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE, Gagne's).
  • Content Development
    – Produce e-learning modules, guides, job aids, videos, and simulations.
  • Multimedia Integration
    – Use video, audio, graphics, and animations to enhance engagement.
  • Pilot & Evaluation
    – Test learning solutions, gather feedback, and iterate.
  • Project Management
    – Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Continuous Improvement
    – Stay current with industry trends and tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field
  • (or at least 2 years of college with no back subjects)
  • Solid grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
  • Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
