Reporting to EXPANSION MANAGER

Target of the Position

  • As a Construction Manager your key responsibility will be to lead the Construction Management during the pre-construction, on-going construction and post construction phases of the project.
  • To recommend Contractor based on the lowest Bid, Quality, Reliability and Reasonable capacity of the contractor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Site technical evaluation, including site measurements, schematic design, plan production and sign and sealed as required by LGU.
  • Facilitate conducting of pre-bid meetings, coordination meetings, bid submissions.
  • Manages the implementation of the project to ensure smooth construction timelines and completion.
  • Ensuring compliance of LGU and National Government policies, Responsible for the over-all compliance with the regulation, restriction in building code, environmental, safety, sanitary, insurance and building permits.
  • In-charge of creating our standard construction manual. Specify materials needed and efficient to the store.
  • Handling the recruitment and accreditation of contractors and suppliers.
  • Handling store concern, coordination with the store issue to lessors.
  • Prepare cost comparison for awarding.
  • Monitors the approved projected budget, actual expenses and payment request for progressive billing project.
  • In-charge of store renovation, repairs and store closure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Preferably Licensed Architect
  • Willing to be work ASAP

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
