- Manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve website traffic and lead conversions.
- Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and digital catalogs.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
- Create compelling marketing content (brochures, blog posts, case studies, videos, and safety guides).
- Oversee the development of product datasheets, safety infographics, and training materials.
- Maintain consistent branding across print, digital, uniforms, fleet branding, and signage.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video teams for promotional content.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and client pitch materials.
- Develop lead-nurture campaigns and CRM workflows to support conversion.
- Assist with sales enablement tools, including presentations, demos, and service portfolios.
- Plan and execute participation in fire safety expos, industrial trade fairs, and community safety events.
- Coordinate seminars, client workshops, and training sessions on fire safety awareness.
Build partnerships with facility managers, safety officers, and industry associations.
Manage PR activities, press releases, and media coverage related to company achievements.
- Handle social media presence with regular updates, engagement, and crisis management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in industrial safety, fire protection, construction, or facilities management.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with NFPA standards, ISO compliance, or fire safety certifications (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking and a passion for safety.
