Work Arrangement: Work From Home

● Work Location: WFH Philippines/ Anywhere PH

● Working Days: Mondays to Fridays

● Available Shift Options: PH Night Shift 10 PM

The Ideal Candidate:

● Ensuring clients and partners are delivered and supported with the highest quality fault detection and diagnostics products.

● Collaboratively completing onboarding projects and communicating timelines and milestones to ensure Clockworks analytics fulfills its role in a timely manner at a high level of quality.

● Conducting onboarding activities such as installing Data Collection Services, Discovery of data and organizing for Digital Building Engineers.

● Help to troubleshoot Diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customer's HVAC  equipment.

● Take requests to review the findings and validate the results reported by the software.

● Train and engage customer and partner users specific to the Data Transfer Service, Data connectivity, and related networking issues.

Qualifications:

● Confidence & Motivation: Self-motivated and comfortable quickly grasping new technologies.

● Communication: Skilled in communicating with customers and partners.

● Education & Experience: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or 1-2

years of relevant industry experience.

● Hands-On Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection

and diagnostics.

Technical Knowledge:

● Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, OBIX, and Modbus.

● Understanding of BAS networking principles.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

● Exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.

● Familiarity with metadata applications, such as the use of tags and standards (e.g., Project Haystack).

● Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Excel.
