●      In charge of accounting operations, making sure company objectives are achieved by developing and creating accounting policies and procedures through strategic planning and review

●      Establish budgets, forecast future cash flows, and provide periodic financial analysis

●      Perform audits, identify trends, and determine system improvements and implement changes

●      Create sound recommendations regarding accounting issues and concerns based on existing policies and secure approval on special circumstances

●      Meet accounting objectives through monitoring of budget vs. expenditures; analyse variances to ensure proper actions are taken

●      Oversee preparation of financial reports for monitoring of revenue and expenses

●      Coordinate collection, consolidate and evaluate financial data

●      Prepare relevant reports for management

●      Maintain company financial security by establishing internal controls

●      Safeguard the company by determining legal challenges, proper accounting regulations and continuously improve existing accounting procedures

●      Manage and oversee other accounting functions – accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit, payroll, treasury, budgeting, taxation, etc.

●      Prepare BIR, SEC and other government annual requirements and monitor deadlines to ensure compliance and timely payments

●      Preparing various monthly reports to analyse business financial health, including sales reports, profit and loss statements, and general ledger entries.

●      Other tasks as assigned
