Job Summary

The Senior Lead Architect/Civil Engineer for Horizontal, Vertical, Development, and Commercial Design is responsible for leading and preparing design drawings with the project team, coordinating with consultants and other departments, and overseeing the review and supervision of construction activities for all related Horizontal (housing, amenities, showcase areas, etc.), Vertical, and Commercial projects (including mid-rise and special projects) of the company

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises the team during the data-gathering stage to identify client objectives and project requirements, and develops corresponding project timelines.
  • Conceptualizes project plans in both 2D and 3D formats and prepares marketing materials during the Schematic Design Stage.
  • Assists in the preparation and presentation of departmental outputs for Product Development Meetings and contributes to weekly, monthly, and other required reports.
  • Prepares drawings for Permit Plans during the Design Development Stage, ensuring full compliance with relevant building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Oversees planning activities during the Bidding Stage, including participation in pre-bid meetings and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Supervises the preparation of Final Construction Drawings and coordinates the issuance of printed copies to Purchasing and Construction teams.
  • Conducts site inspections during the Construction Stage to monitor work quality across model units, showcase areas, landscaping, and amenities.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the Planning Head as required.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Licensed.
  • With at least five (5) years of related experience in Horizontal, Vertical, Land Development and Commercial Design.
  • Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop, V-ray or Lumion
  • With experience in Manual Drafting & Sketching
  • Knowledgeable in NBCP and IRR of HLURB
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Leadership and Time management skills
