We are currently looking for a highly motivated Marketing and Business Development Assistant (remote role; open to all nationalities). The successful applicant will support our architectural firm’s strategic growth and visibility. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture and design, with strong communication and organizational skills. You will assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, award submissions, and marketing materials that showcase our firm’s work and capabilities. You will work closely with and report directly to the Marketing & Business Development Executive. Proposal & Pitch Support Assist in the preparation of tailored proposals and pitch documents for prospective clients and design competitions. Maintain and update firm credentials, project sheets, and team bios. Collaborate with architects and senior leadership to develop persuasive content and visuals. RFP Coordination Manage the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including tracking deadlines, gathering required documentation, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements. Liaise with consultants and project teams to compile technical and design information. Awards & Publications Research relevant industry awards and coordinate submissions. Assist in preparing content for architectural publications and media features. Maintain a calendar of key submission deadlines and opportunities. Marketing Collateral & Presentations Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, capability statements, and project portfolios. Format and design presentations for client meetings, conferences, and internal use. Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all materials. Digital & CRM Support Maintain and update the firm’s CRM database with client and project information. Assist with website updates, social media content, and e-newsletters. Event & Campaign Support Help organize client events, exhibitions, and industry networking activities. Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within an architecture, design, or professional services firm. Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for design and detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across teams. Interest in architecture, design, and the built environment.
