
Senior Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in both sales and procurement. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services to meet company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Procurement:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key vendors to support long-term sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or procurement roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing vendor relationships.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles and sourcing strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement/sales software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
- Experience with international sourcing and logistics.
- Familiarity with contract law and risk management in procurement.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional travel to client sites, supplier locations, or trade shows.
- May require flexible hours to meet deadlines or accommodate international suppliers/customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
