
Agent / Distribution Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the food industry.
- This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food industry.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including their benefits and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Address questions and provide solutions to client inquiries.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and approach.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients. Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Preferably with experience in Public Market selling/distribution
- Experience in food industry - re: food packaging, milk tea, ice cream, fruit syrup is an advantage
