Agent / Distribution Sales Representative

Responsibilities The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the food industry. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food industry. Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including their benefits and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Address questions and provide solutions to client inquiries. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and approach. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients. Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Preferably with experience in Public Market selling/distribution Experience in food industry - re: food packaging, milk tea, ice cream, fruit syrup is an advantage Communication Skills Negotiation Skills Customer Service Time Management Resilience & Adaptability Problem-Solving Technical Skills - Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
