Job description
To perform all check-in and check-out tasks
To manage online and phone reservations
To develop and maintain effective professional relationship with all clients and provide assistance on phone and in person
To inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
To register guest collecting necessary information like contact details and exact dates of their stay
To welcome guets upon their arrival and assign or pre-block rooms
To identify VIP Guests and guests with special requests on pre-arrival stage
To provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
To respond to client's complaints in a timely and professional manner
To maintain updated records of bookings and payments
To liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guest needs
To upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
To perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Andres 1017 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
