Responsible for converting existing relationships to the Firm and managing end-to-end client investment portfolios. The Relationship Manager grows AUM through proactive sales, market engagement, and strategic relationship building, with regular client touchpoints on market updates, product offerings, and portfolio performance. The role includes ongoing portfolio management, market monitoring, and positioning of pooled fund instruments. Additionally, the Relationship Manager supports business development through events, stakeholder collaboration, networking, and expanding client relationships and wallet share.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Management & AUM Growth

  • Convert existing client relationships to the Firm to drive fresh AUM inflow.
  • Expand and deepen the Firm's client base by nurturing high-value relationships, leveraging networks, and positioning the Firm as a preferred wealth partner.

Market Outlook Integration

  • Communicate macroeconomic and market developments and translate insights into actionable investment strategies for clients.
  • Ensure client portfolios remain aligned with both emerging opportunities and long-term wealth objectives.

Portfolio Management

  • Manage and grow client assets through proactive monitoring, portfolio reviews, retention strategies, and rebalancing.
  • Increase wallet share through disciplined, results-driven investment management.

Strategic Representation

  • Represent the Firm in exclusive client engagements, corporate briefings, and high-level industry events to reinforce brand credibility and thought leadership.

Governance & Compliance

  • Strictly comply with SEC, BSP, and IC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.

Competency Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in private banking, asset management, or a related field;
  • Minimum client relationship with at least PHP 2B AUM (or foreign currency equivalent)
  • CISOL licensure exam, CUSP licensure exam
