Job Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the company's operational systems, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will collaborate with various departments to align daily operations with the long-term strategy, ensuring that execution aligns with the vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for day-to-day operations and translating business strategy into actionable operational plans.
  • Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to support company growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and improve business workflows, resource allocation, and project management frameworks.
  • Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to track departmental and company-wide progress.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure efficient financial management and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee critical company projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and service providers.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operations or business management, preferably within an IT, SaaS, or technology company.
  • Proven experience in scaling business operations and supporting executive leadership.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry dynamics, project delivery models, and service operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
