Role Description

This is a contract role for a Remote Receptionist. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, manage the front-facing communication of the organization, and coordinate schedules or appointments. Additional responsibilities include performing clerical duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The role requires excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and expertise in performing Receptionist Duties
  • A strong British or Australian accent to be able to effectively communicate with our clients
  • Clerical Skills, including data entry and organizational tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
  • Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and professional experience
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role is a plus
