WE ARE HIRING: ROVING RECEPTIONIST

Are you friendly, approachable, and great at making people feel welcome? We're looking for a Receptionist who can be the face of our brand and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls/messages to the appropriate person
  • Handle appointment bookings, and queuing
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and sales report.
  • Provide information about services, promotions, or products when needed
  • Coordinate with staff and support branch operations as required

Qualifications:

  • Background in Sales or Customer Service is an advantage
  • With good communication skills (Verbal, Phone, and Email)
  • With a pleasant personality and professional attitude
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Willing to work roving at Greenhills, SM Megamall, SM Sta. Mesa, and SM San Lazaro Branches of Brow Lounge.
