Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Brew and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and build positive relationships with regulars.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Keep the counter, equipment, and seating areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
  • Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock as needed.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow company recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of coffee-making techniques, brewing methods, and latte art.
