Title and Summary Director Product Management Summary Customer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) is part of Mastercard's suite of capabilities and is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and engagement. This delivers revenue and differentiation for the company.

We accomplish this by bringing world-class, cutting-edge technology, experience, and expertise through innovative programs worldwide. The role manages CA&E programs with strategic accounts in Southeast Asia (SEA). It focuses on executing account plans, driving program success, optimizing CAE asset utilization, conducting program reviews with KPIs, and managing program operations.

The role reports to the Director of Program Management & Growth Initiatives (SEA) and involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the APAC region, including product, legal, customer service, operations, and sales teams. The individual should have strong cross-functional project skills and a business analyst mindset to drive program excellence and identify opportunities to increase CAE asset penetration per client. The role requires strong client relationship skills, an execution mindset, and the ability to work independently.

The individual will also support the localization of global and regional CAE products, leveraging local market insights and assessing regulatory implications. The Role The responsibilities include: Serving as the primary contact for clients, supporting the launch of new programs and growing existing ones within the CAE product suite.

Acting as an expert and advocate for CAE assets to achieve revenue targets in SEA. Developing and leading client account plans, including program management, strategic planning, marketing, P&L forecasting, and fostering client relationships. Collaborating with sales and solution teams to ensure program requirements are well documented.

Reviewing enhancement requests and assessing feasibility with cross-functional teams. Working with customer service and operations to improve program operations. Gathering market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

• Strong program management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-starter, independent, problem solver, with a strategic to execution mindset.
• Experience managing stakeholders in international matrix organizations.
• Understanding of loyalty and customer engagement needs of FIs and FinTechs.
• Payment industry experience, especially with customer engagement programs, is preferred.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
