The Game Product Manager specializes in leading the design, development, and management of a software product, or a portfolio of products, from initial definition and planning through production, release, and eventual retirement. This role acts as a primary point of contact, coordinating across design, process, testing, quality, and marketing to support the product lifecycle from production through distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product requirements to R&D, overseeing the development lifecycle and guiding products through each StageGate.
  • Partner with technical project management to develop methods and procedures for project tracking, keeping management informed on project statuses.
  • Enhance product performance to deliver optimal customer solutions.
  • Serve as the main liaison across compliance, commercial, design, and development teams.
  • Provide detailed product information to senior management, cross-departmental teams, sales, and customers through presentations, product briefs, and demonstrations.
  • Support internal product management reporting needs.
  • Assist in commercialization efforts, coordinating pre-launch activities with marketing, sales, and manufacturing.
  • Act as product line expert, understanding products and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain competitive advantage and deliver exceptional customer experience through product-focused initiatives and content management.
  • Oversee product testing to ensure clients have access to leading content for market release.
