Job Description:

  • Supervise and lead all branch staff (sales, customer service, warehouse, and support team)
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting their requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations with clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our refurbished furniture offerings.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and behavior.
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching or feedback.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing work shifts.
  • Resolve staff issues or concerns in a professional manner and ensure the branch is organize and fully operational

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor's Degree in any related course
  • With 2-5 years of experience in the field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Can handle pressure and make quick decisions when needed
  • Willing to work ASAP
