Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and develop innovative strategies to drive business sales growth. Increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing, a deep understanding of market trends, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Manage budget and resources to ensure effective use of marketing budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and content marketing.
