Job Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented GHL Email Marketing Expert to manage and optimize email campaigns across various audiences. This role focuses on ensuring smooth campaign execution, maintaining strong deliverability, and safeguarding the technical integrity of our email systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs and a strong understanding of email performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute email campaigns and automations using GoHighLevel.
• Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, bounce rates, and sender reputation.
• Manage and clean contact lists, apply segmentation, and ensure compliance with email best practices.
• Perform thorough pre-send checks to verify formatting, links, personalization, and tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing and compile reports on open rates, click rates, and conversions.
• Maintain and update templates, automations, and workflows within the CRM.
• Provide regular performance insights and recommend optimization strategies.
• Stay current with email deliverability standards, authentication protocols, and CRM updates.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/email platform.
• Solid understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to structured workflows.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
