Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments for marketing needs, including events, photoshoots, and guest promotions
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations
  • Help maintain an organized digital asset library, including photos, videos, and marketing materials
  • Assist in handling third-party listings (OTAs, travel platforms, etc.) and ensure up-to-date content
  • Support the creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and posters
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences
  • Participate in property events and activations as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in social media platforms, content management tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Creative thinker with good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work on-site and occasionally on weekends or holidays for events
