Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the assigned category
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability
  • Work with the Category Manager to plan and implement category strategies and promotions
  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to maximize profitability and category growth
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members to ensure high performance and motivation
  • Ensure merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports related to sales, inventories, and team performance

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable
  • Proven experience in retail or category management, ideally in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sales systems
  • Must have practical, hands-on experience working with electronic systems, devices, or production lines
