I. Summary

Roving Sales Associate is responsible for supporting multiple store locations by assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring excellent store merchandising. This role requires flexibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to different store environments while maintaining brand standards.

II. Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Promote and upsell products based on customer needs and ongoing promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive shopping experience across locations.

2. Store Support & Operations

  • Travel and report to various assigned store branches as needed.
  • Support store teams in managing daily operations such as cashiering (if applicable), restocking, and organizing shelves.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of product displays and store area.

3. Merchandising

  • Ensure accurate product displays, pricing labels, and promotional materials are updated.
  • Monitor product inventory levels and report low stocks or replenishment needs.
  • Assist in setting up product displays during events, promotions, or new store openings.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and observations from each store visited.
  • Coordinate with store supervisors and the sales team regarding issues, stock levels, and customer concerns.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, product movement, and store performance.

5. Compliance & Standards

  • Follow company policies, store guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to brand standards and ensure consistent customer experience across all assigned branches.
  • Comply with safety and security policies of each store location.

III Qualification

  • Senior High School or Bachelor's Degree (any field).
  • Experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel or rotate between store locations.
  • Flexible, reliable, and can adapt quickly to different store environments.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
