About the role

As a Roving Merchandiser at AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal presentation and availability of our products across multiple store locations. This full-time position is based in Makati City Metro Manila and will involve regular travel within the area to support our retail strategy and drive sales.

What you'll be doing

  1. Visiting assigned retail stores on a regular schedule to check inventory, replenish products, and ensure consistent and visually appealing product displays
  2. Liaising with store managers to understand their needs and requirements, and collaborating to improve product visibility and availability
  3. Providing feedback and insights to the central team on market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities for growth
  4. Maintaining accurate records of store visits, inventory levels, and any issues encountered
  5. Supporting the implementation of new product launches and promotional campaigns at the store level
  6. Fostering positive relationships with retail partners to enhance our brand presence and drive sales

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a merchandiser or retail specialist, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with store managers and colleagues
  4. Ability to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  5. Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes
  6. Willingness to travel regularly within the local area
