Job Summary

Egg Tarts Manila is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Attendants to join our growing team As a Store Attendant, you will be the friendly face of our brand—assisting customers, preparing orders, and making sure our stores stay clean, inviting, and full of freshly baked goodness.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a great experience.
  • Handle transactions (cash & electronic payments) accurately using the POS system.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Prepare beverages (coffee & non-coffee) according to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory and report low stock.
  • Support in testing new recipes and providing customer feedback for product innovation.
  • Help during store events, activations, and product launches.
  • Work as part of a team to maintain smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be Flexible & with or without prior retail or F&B experience (training provided).
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn barista skills and assist with R&D.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically able to stand for long hours and carry light items.
