About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Sutherland BGC, a leading provider of travel voice account services. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. The position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients via telephone, email, and other communication channels
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective way
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
