Job Role: Salesforce & Asana Systems Specialist

Compensation range: $1,300 - $1,500 AUD/Month

Engagement type: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to choose working hours. Some overlap with AEST hours is expected to support real-time communication/Willing to work full-time, aligned to Sydney time zone (+10 GMT).

Who The Client Is:

Our client is a property development and construction company based in Australia, delivering residential and mixed-use projects across South-East Queensland. Their business model focuses on end-to-end project delivery — from land acquisition and design to construction and client handover. They value efficiency, transparency, and quality, and are continuously improving their internal systems to support sustainable growth and better collaboration across teams.

About the Role

They're looking for a CRM and Asana Builder to set up, optimize, and manage their internal Salesforce CRM and Asana project management systems.

This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for a mid-level CRM specialist who enjoys both technical setup and day-to-day administration. You'll be responsible for getting Salesforce implemented correctly, building workflows, automations, and integrations, and helping the team use both tools effectively. Alongside CRM and project management system work, you'll also handle some virtual assistant–type admin support tasks tied to maintaining and organizing data, reports, and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain Salesforce CRM — customize fields, workflows, and automations to match business processes, ensure data accuracy, and keep the system running smoothly.
  • Provide day-to-day CRM admin support — update records, manage users, create reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Build and organize Asana projects — create project templates, task lists, and simple automations to help the team manage workloads and deadlines.
  • Support integrations and automations — connect tools like Salesforce, Asana, and email using Zapier or similar platforms.
  • Handle admin and reporting tasks — prepare summaries, update spreadsheets, track progress, and help organize team documentation.
  • Train and support team members — assist staff in using Salesforce and Asana effectively, and help document processes for easy reference.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM — setup, customization, automation, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing and building Asana workspaces, projects, templates, and automations.
  • Comfortable handling both technical setup and general admin tasks.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, data management, and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in property development, real estate, or construction is an advantage but not required.
