The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  2. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  4. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  5. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Location: Canlubang, Laguna

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
