Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course, any Business course
- Minimum 6 months -1 year working experience in warehouse and distribution (FMCG)
- Knowledgeable in SAP and Warehouse Management System (advantage)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects and allocates the right quantity of stocks by following the FEFO rule to serve an order
- Reports to the Inventory Team the near expiry product that are no longer allowed for order servicing that has remained unblocked in the system
- Generates creation of billing document in the system and ensures completeness of delivery documents.
- Maintains a complete and orderly file of all documents related to the function
- Knowledgeable in using SAP for invoice/billing generation
