QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least college level
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in the logistics or similar industry
• Skills/Knowledge
• Good interpersonal and professional skills
• Knowledgeable in warehouse and transport management processes i.e. route optimization and fleet safety

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, validate, and ensure that all required supporting documents for proof of deliveries are complete
• Ensure 100% on-time encoding of liquidated invoices
• Process SAP, GDOC, and Excel transactions from client's end
• Process reverse billings for truckers
• Accurately review uploaded POD-related trackers in the 'tracked' system for the billing process
• Scan all invoices received and prepare the transmittal report
• Create RUD (Rejection Upon Delivery) summary for the closing of delivery orders for client submissions
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all corporate, government, and client requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Canlubang, Calamba City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
