The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Location: Canlubang, Laguna

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
