Accounting and Inventory Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering replenishments when necessary, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of inventory. .
- Inventory System Development: Developing and implementing inventory management systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to anticipate future inventory needs and make informed decisions about stock levels.
- Procurement: Supervising procurement and inventory management processes, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Reporting: Compiling inventory reports and communicating with relevant stakeholders about inventory status.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate preferably in Business Administration, or related fields.
- Has at least 2-3 years experience in the same field.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work in Baguio City
